Connected Voice for iOS is a VoIP softphone that facilitates seamless communication among contacts and colleagues through voice calls, messaging, meetings, and file sharing. The application's versatility allows for communications on various devices, enhancing user accessibility. However, it is essential to note that an account generated by an administrator is required for login. Users without a company or service provider-issued account will be unable to utilize the softphone client.

The platform supports high-quality voice calls, enabling effective communication between team members as well as allowing connections to mobile and landline numbers via the VoIP service.

For quick interactions, users can send messages rather than resorting to email, fostering efficient team collaboration. The application also provides the ability to initiate chat rooms for group discussions or utilize @ mentions to draw attention to specific colleagues.

Additionally, Connected Voice includes HD video calling features, enabling face-to-face meetings despite geographical distances.

File sharing is streamlined within Connected Voice, allowing users to exchange files, photos, videos, and other documents without needing to switch between multiple applications, leading to improved productivity.

The company will not be held liable for any costs or damages arising directly or indirectly from using the software for emergency purposes. Users should be aware that setting Connected Voice as the default dialer may impact their ability to contact emergency services effectively.
